JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role will be responsible for creating marketing content, providing exceptional services to our guests while also providing administrative and marketing support, and coordinating. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

DUTIES AND TASKS:

Marketing Coordinator:

• Work to create appropriate and consistent internal communication and sales material/messages consistent with the overall branding strategy.
• Create content for event flyers, communication of business news, and newsletters.
• Send out email updates and post information in the designated places.
• Maintain and update all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Assist with keeping the website up to date.
• Assist in all direct mailings/correspondence.
• Keep a master inventory of all sales packets and replenish as needed.
• Send welcome letters and make enrollment packets.
• Assist in providing and scheduling orientations.
• Assist in planning various events, mailing invitations, RSVP, nametags, event registration, etc.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet and acknowledge guests by name and offer assistance as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
