Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues
- Manage facilities management tasks, including coordinating repairs, renovations, and upgrades
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in logic controllers, schematics, and other technical documentation
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Project management skills to oversee maintenance projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with low voltage systems, HVAC, and other building systems
