The Leasing Manager will assit the Property Managment team in driving the property's leasing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closeley with the team to maximize revenue, occupancy, resident and retention goals
• Generate traffic, participate in outreach marketing, execute marketing plan, think outside the box to drive leasing efforts to hit leasing goals
• Lease and renew beds/apartments, generate leases, follow new lease and renewal procedures
• Tour prospective residents, provide information on property amenities and services, create excitement and desire to live in the community
• Communicate with residents and prospective residents in person or via phone, text, email, social media and online sources
• Respond qquickly to inquiries questions and concerns from residents and prospects
• Participate in and host fun community events
• Report accurate daily, weekly and monthly leasing activity
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents, prospectives and visitors
• Create a fun and positive environment for residents
• Enforce community policies
• Assist in leading,developing and training the leasing team
• All other duties as may be assigned
• Leasing Professionals will perform their duties in compliance with federal and state laws pertaining to the Apartment Industry and Fair Housing.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong commitment to company goals and values
• Prior leasing experience in Student Housing
• Experience with Entrata - required
• Proficient computer skills necessary
• Ability to build rapport, make genuine connections and create an exciting environment
• Pleasand attitude to all prospects, residents and associates
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong marketing skills, outgoing, self-starter, creative
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of leasing apartments
• Ability to continually close on prospects and lease apartments
• Ability to communicate, read, write in English
• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid Drivers License

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
