Compensation: $18 - 20 per hour based on experience, plus commissions on move ins!

MGC are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. The right candidate's primary responsibility will be to lease apartments, market the community, & all facets of customer service, focusing on resident retention & administrative duties.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conducting oneself in a professional manner as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment & conduct.
• Ensuring the quality & quantity of work; always maintaining ambitious standards.
• Greets all residents/prospects who come into the office with a pleasant demeanor
• Ensures appearance of models & move in apartments are acceptable for showing
• Responsible for completing market surveys
• Completes required application packet information from leads to process applications
• Creates all lease documents for prospective residents & facilitates lease execution
• Organize & maintain paperless resident files in Entrata Property Software
• Enter maintenance service requests for residents & communicates well with team
• Computer skills – experience working with Entrata Property Management Software, Microsoft Suite
• Time management –meeting deadlines and hitting leasing goals

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in leasing, marketing & customer service
• Excellent customer service skills with experience working in the apartment rental industry
• Proficient with phone, fax, copier, & computer
• Full time hours Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
• Must possess a dependable means of transportation & valid driver's license.
