The Restoration Manager is a pivotal role that demands a blend of excellent customer service and superior quality management. This individual will be instrumental in directing project activities and guiding teams toward achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise project scopes for restoration endeavors, crafting detailed work statements using specialized estimating software.
• Engage in negotiations with clients to gain consent for restoration tasks.
• Efficiently organize and direct crew members, assets, and subcontractors, guaranteeing effective service delivery on all active projects.
• Conduct thorough reviews of on-site documentation to back up provided services, ensuring adherence to client specifications and streamlining the billing procedure.
• Sustain consistent communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance agents.
• Oversee production costs, including labor, equipment, vehicle use, and additional resources.
• Cultivate a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of client contentment and swiftly responding to potential clients when necessary.
• Take an active role in recruitment, hiring, and educational initiatives for restoration staff.

Position Requirements:

• A minimum requirement of a high school diploma/GED; higher education such as an Associate or Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Applicants should have at least one year of managerial or supervisory background.
• A minimum of three years within the restoration industry is required.
• IICRC certification is highly valued though not mandatory.

Nice to have experience with any of the following and the ability to tell a story on your past success:

• Currently hold or are aspiring to hold a valid IICRC Certifications. i.e. WRT
• Experience or knowledge of either DryBook, MICA, Restoration Management, DASH Restoration Job Management, Core360 Software is a big plus.
• Experience with demolition, remodeling, and water damage mitigation a plus.
• Completion of OSHA training for Biohazard or willingness to train for the position.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
