Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of custodial staff and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities within your assigned region.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of custodial staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards

- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns or issues

- Oversee the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained

- Provide guidance and support to custodial staff in performing floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing

- Monitor the quality of work performed by custodial staff and implement corrective actions as necessary

- Collaborate with other regional managers and senior management to share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree

- Excellent admin skills to include Microsoft office, excel, word, and Adobe.

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, porter, custodial, or facilities maintenance roles

- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and senior management
