This position will be assigned areas to keep clean and in orderly condition outside of business hours. They will work successfully with staff & owners to contribute to providing a positive customer experience in regards to our building spaces.

Primary Duties:

• Clean and sanitize all assigned building spaces
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.

Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Sweep floors
• Mop floors
• Take trash out
• Restroom cleaning
• Stock restrooms
• Window cleaning
• Wipe down sinks
• Wipe down furniture (chairs, desks, front desk, etc.)
• Restock supply cabinet/room
• Transport trash & waste to proper disposal areas
• Clean large mirrors
• Remove cobwebs

Requirements:

• Must be a team player
• Must be pleasant & professional
• Strong communication skills
• 1-3 years of custodial or commercial cleaning experience

Work Schedule (please read thoroughly)

These shifts are set and cannot be altered. Candidates will only be considered if they are available to work all shifts as listed:

- The work shift for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday is 9pm-midnight.

- The work shift for Saturday or Sunday (must choose one day) is 6pm-10pm.

- Total hours each week: 20 hours

Must be able to understand one’s own physical limitations to the extent necessary to perform the necessary functions and tasks of the job. Stand 40%, Walk 60%

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
