Confidential is Hiring an IT Analyst Near Lewisburg, TN

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the IT department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Manage network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor and maintain server performance, including Windows Server and IIS
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of server management, network engineering, and network infrastructure
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Office applications, including SharePoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
