We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HYBRID ABA Clinical Director to lead our home-based ABA therapy services in Arizona. The Clinical Director will be responsible for the overall clinical supervision of our staff, as well as the development and implementation of our treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABA theory and practice, as well as experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.

Qualifications:

• Must possess Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong clinical skills and judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
