About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the technical team in developing a pioneering Web3 operating platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, engage with customers to enhance user experience, and be hands-on in code writing. A product-driven mindset, experience in the crypto space, and a strong desire to work in a very early-stage startup are essential.Candidates for this role should have a BS or MS in computer science or a related technical field, with at least 5 years of hands-on software engineering and technical leadership experience. Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and a proven track record of delivering large initiatives from concept to implementation are required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in design documentation, have a problem-solving approach, and possess a deep empathy for customers. A proactive, delivery-focused mentality, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is crucial. The Head of Engineering must also demonstrate intellectual honesty, low ego, and a passion for building a strong company and team culture.
