We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager with at least 1 year of restaurant experience working previously in a supervisory, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager role. With new local branches coming on the planning board, the company seeks talent with an interest in upward mobility.

This candidate will be hired to continue building the team culture and morale, and to grow with our company. The expectation for this GM is to work a 5-day work week, eventually with two consecutive days off. Quality of life is important to our team. There is room for growth into general and corporate management opportunities, as the company continues to expand.

We prefer candidates with an ability to gain the respect of his/her peers, to lead by example, show appreciation and respect, hold people accountable, and ultimately make their superiors comfortable that the ship is sailing in the right direction under his/her leadership. This candidate must also have an interest in growing up the corporate ladder in the coming years.

Although an experienced individual is desired, continuous training will be available along the way. We will gladly review the compensatory details during the initial phone screening, but the range listed in this ad illustrates the range with and without achieving the bonuses.
