Looking for an experienced General Manger to lead our Mexican restaurant in New Canaan and oversee the operations of our seasonal beer garden in Stamford.
Duties:
- Oversee daily all operations of the restaurant
- Manage and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the full service restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bartending.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
