Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of the following:

· Real Estate

· Deeds

· Oil and Gas Interests.

· Generate funding from assets documents.

· Transfer assets per client request.

· Qualified vs. Non-Qualified assets.

· Drafting deeds, including life estate deeds.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Reviewing and processing executed deeds.

· Transfer insurance to a trust or otherwise funding as needed.

· Drafting of deeds.

· Assist clients with completing asset information forms.

· Ability to research using online techniques.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in trusts and estates or related fields is a plus.
• 3 years experience as paralegal.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner who can work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
