Major Goals and Responsibilities:

Support Administration team by fulfilling supplies orders, monitoring the DCA, updating and maintaining accurate DCA information. Provide customer service solutions to callers or issues submitted via e-mail. Work with other members of administration to ensure all DCA information needed is provided, for them to carry out their tasks and job functions.

Essential Activities:

Fulfillment (50%)

-Checking Alerts, processing sales orders as needed

DCA (20%)

-Make sure devices are reporting on the DCA. Send link to customers that have devices that are not reporting. Actively communicate with customer until all DCA issues have been resolved.

-Make sure equipment being removed from customer location is no longer being managed on DCA. Delete and block all machines that should no longer be associated with the customer.

-Make sure all contacts for IT are up to date on the DCA and in e-auto.

Data Entry (20%)

-Update customer locations, remarks or other prompts to ensure supplies are delivered to the correct locations.

-Maintain accurate information in e-auto for all customers, equipment and items.

-Enter Service calls

Other (10%)

-Assist with other admin projects as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
