```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Franchise Consultant to join our team. As a Franchise Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our Franchisees. Your role will involve business development, project management, strategic planning, and change management. You will work closely with franchisee's in FL, OH and PA to analyze their business needs, conduct research, and provide recommendations for process improvement.

```Duties```
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Provide expert advice on business development and strategic planning
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Assist clients in implementing change management initiatives
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing findings and recommendations
