As we expand, we're seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Asset Coordinator to join our Asset Group. You'll be the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings, manage calendars, and draft correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, reports, and general administrative tasks.
• Support managers with their fleet needs and inquiries.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal departments.
• Develop strategies to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the transportation industry (a plus).
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations (a plus).
• High school diploma or GED (minimum); some college preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior administrative experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
