Confidential is Hiring a Finance Associate Near Natick, MA

KBW Financial is currently working with a well established organization based out of Framingham, MA that is actively looking to add a Finance Associate to their growing team! The Finance Associate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, journal entries and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively as well as independently. The Finance Associate will perform the following:
Responsibilities:

Compare internal CRM order data with third-party reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
Code and prepare batches for Accounts Receivable transactions
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and review balance sheet accounts
Perform month- and quarter-end functions and preparing associated reports
Aid in the preparation of customer statements
Communicate with clients regarding credit processing and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

Preferential consideration for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; however, extensive relevant work experience will also be considered
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable accounting role
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally

Compensation Package: This position pays up to $80K DOE
