About the Role

The Executive Director for the Technology, Data Analytics & Innovation Team within the Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) Document Governance and Regulatory Change TDAI Team is a key leadership role with a focus on program governance for technology and innovation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the technology platforms, utilizing data analytics and innovation portfolio, and serving as a subject matter expert on intelligent solutions. This role involves close partnerships with business leads, corporate functions, and developer teams to ensure the technology roadmap aligns with business objectives. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and managing a team of product and program managers to deliver on technology and innovation goals, with an emphasis on maximizing return on investment.Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees or professional certifications in program management and/or technology being a plus. A background of at least 12 years in Technology with knowledge of risk management and compliance, particularly in the financial industry or legal sector, is required. The role demands exceptional writing and communication skills, a proven track record in managing large and complex topics, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and intelligent solution tools such as Tableau and Alteryx. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, maturity, a challenging mindset, and the ability to communicate and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A strong emphasis is placed on the candidate's ability to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and to bring their authentic self to the role.
