Duties:

-Must have understanding of basic bookkeeping payable/receivable principles

-Will be entering invoices on a daily basis on a windows based system.
- Enter data and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Verify data and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Update existing data and perform regular backups
- Generate reports and analyze data using pivot tables and other tools
- Transcribe information from paper documents to computer files
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computerized data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
