Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Distribution Manager to oversee the daily operations of our regional distribution center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing staff, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assess office equipment and supply needs, making procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with staff to identify training opportunities and enhance their skills.
• Develop and implement systems and procedures to optimize operational quality and efficiency.
• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee department projects and initiatives.
• Direct the preparation and analysis of reports.
• Participate in accreditation surveys.
• Set employee goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Determine staffing requirements and schedules.
• Facilitate department meetings.
• Ensure the distribution center meets productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or three to five years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles and delivery operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Commitment to upholding compliance standards and participating in training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

• Warehouse distribution: 2 years (Required)
• DME: 3 years (Preferred)
• Leadership: 3 years (Required)
