Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience by having clean and sanitized dishes and utensils.

Restaurant is opened Tuesday thru Saturday 4pm to 9pm. We are looking for TWO dishwashers: 1st to be Tuesday thru Saturday 4pm - to Completion (around 10 pm) 2nd to be 4pm - to Completion (around 10) Thursday Friday and Saturday.

We are closed most Sundays and Mondays except if a major holiday falls on these days which you would be required to work. Or if an event is scheduled on these days where you might need to work.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with very basic food prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients but usually only in down times
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, countertops, and work areas
- Empty trash containers regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food handling role is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
