JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Commercial-Focused, Business Developer: Business-to-Business, Sales Professional who has demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business with Property Managers, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Universities and other commercial end-users in the S. Florida market.

You are a highly skilled, and successful hunter who has developed relationships with decision makers. You possess an energetic and engaging personality, and are self-motivated, and very comfortable meeting new people! You possess excellent communication skills, have superb interpersonal skills, are highly organized and able to multitask! If this describes you, YOU WILL THRIVE IN OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Your primary focus will be selling our full-service (Mitigation and Reconstruction) insurancerestoration services (Fire, Water, Wind, Mold and Contents) to Property Managers, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Universities and other Commercial End-Users.

COMPENSATION:

● This position offers a base salary and an aggressive bonus/commission structure.

● Benefits include Health Insurance, 401K, Company Car, Gas Card, Laptop, Cell Phoneand any other tools you need to be successful.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) five or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

● Experience in marketing to Property Managers, Assisted Living Communities, Universities, Schools and selling water, fire, mold, contents, or insurance mitigation and reconstruction is preferred but not necessary.

● Track record of commercial outside sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Implement a marketing strategy where you will identify and target commercial clientele in the S. Florida market.

● Meet or exceed sales quota by implementing the sales cycle, setting up face-to-face meetings and participating in professional associations.

● Build customer relationships and rapport by discussing the benefits of emergency event preparation.

● Encourage referrals to Increase sales territory revenue.

● Maintain up to date, detailed records for all prospects and customers.

● Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits.

Do you have 2 years’ experience working as a Commercial Business Developer in outside sales targeting Property Managers, Assisted Living Communities, Schools and Universities in the S. Florida market?

Preferred Skills and experience and knowledge of:

● Water, Fire, Mold, Wind, Board-up, Contents, Crime Scene, Mitigation and Reconstruction Sales Experience

● Commercial Business to Business Sales

● Business Development & Relationship Building

● Outside Marketing to Clientele

● Knowledge of Mitigation, Water and Fire and Mold losses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
