Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a team of social workers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges
- Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other service providers
- Provide direct social work services to clients as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in social work, with a focus on working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and external partners
