Responsibilities:

• Hire, Manager, Supervise and Monitor the performance of department personnel including technical personnel and advisors.
• Provide training on administrative policies and procedures.
• Encourage technical personnel to keep their skills current through training on new systems and components offered by manufacturer.
• Manage profitability of department, including controlling expenses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• 3 years management experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Commercial Transportation Industry
• Experience in Automotive/ Heavy Duty Transportation Equipment Industry
• Management experience in the Automotive/Heavy Duty Transportation Equipment Industry
• Experience leading/managing a team including hiring, training, motivating, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
