Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to lead our operational teams effectively.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational productivity and efficiency
- Lead and manage operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications:

- Previous Acute Care Hospital and Joint Commission experience required. Previous union experience very helpful.

- Proven experience in operations management required.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.

- Basic experience in electrical, HVAC and hazardous material, etc., required.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and negotiate contracts successfully
