Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Federal/SLED space and a strong understanding of FSIs, systems aggregators, and cloud service providers, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. A proactive approach to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices is also required.
