About the Role

The Company is seeking a Design Studio Director to lead and manage all design assets, from graphic design to experiential builds, in support of its mission to provide health-conscious, accessible products. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing creative design projects across various platforms, acting as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, and spearheading the optimization of processes to empower cross-functional teams. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in the consumer packaged goods or design studio environment, at least 7 years of experience, and a thorough understanding of both physical and digital production methods.
