Full-Time Dental Administrative Position working 32-40 hours weekly. Must posses dental billing knowledge, insurance verification, posting payments, and a/r reconciliation. Private practice office seeking "exceptional people-oriented" individual who is looking for a great career with a top dental office providing state-of the art dentistry, outstanding customer service and care, as an administrative / front-desk professional. We are seeking a candidate with experience handling a multi-line phone system, confirming and scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, pre-authorizations, managing dental recall system, utilize inter-office and computer based dental software (Opendental), accounts receivable, and collections. Opendental practice management software experience is necessary.

Must love to have fun in a busy and fast paced office and be able to multi-task. Must have at least one year of dental experience
