The Custodian that supports our client's business has responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and grounds.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Model personal Lean Philosophy 5S behaviors in creating a continuously improving, clean, well-organized and self-maintaining work environment.
  • Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms, breakrooms and kitchenettes.
  • Clean community spaces including hallways, conference room, town hall room and office areas.
  • Assist with meeting set-up and teardown
  • Gather and empty trash & recycling bins
  • Clean and polish furniture, walls and equipment
  • Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
  • Clean and maintain facility grounds including mowing and trimming of grass and snow removal (midday accumulation on sidewalks) when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate supplies for completion of duties
  • Work in a GMP controlled environment, good documentation skills required
  • Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years custodial experience
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

Compensation/Benefits:

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.
