Responsibilities:

• Foster close collaboration with the General Manager and department heads to align facility objectives and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate across various functional groups to assess financial implications of current and future activities
• Implement and oversee financial controls across multiple reporting functions
• Conduct profitability assessments and cost reduction analyses
• Facilitate the development of financial statements, forecasts, and operational plans
• Lead month-end and year-end close procedures
• Supervise a team of 3–5 accounting professionals, while also actively contributing to accounting tasks
• Oversee billing, credit, collections processes, and annual budget preparation
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
• Manage payroll processing and address employee inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field, coupled with at least 5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Preferred experience with JD Edwards & SuccessWare software
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Hands-on accounting experience, with payroll experience considered a plus
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building cross-functional relationships
• Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and ERP platforms
