```Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent for commercial properties, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise commercial construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

- Provide guidance and support to project team members

- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or similar tools

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schematics, and blueprints

- Experience in construction estimating using tools such as HeavyBid or similar software
