Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our healthcare facility's clinical operations. The Clinical Director will be responsible for managing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage clinical policies and procedures
- Oversee clinical management and ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage and coordinate clinical services provided by the facility
- Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to establish treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or closely related field.
- Florida License required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Two or more years' experience working with substance use disorder, mental health and associated co-occurring disorders.
- One or more years of previous supervisory experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in managing healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in healthcare management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of clinical management practices
