Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Childcare/Preschool Regional Director to oversee multiple childcare centers within a designated region. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to center directors and staff to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and curriculum standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize enrollment, enhance program quality, and maximize revenue across all centers within the region.
• Monitor center performance metrics, such as enrollment numbers, budgetary goals, and staff retention rates, and take proactive measures to address any areas of concern.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality assessments to assess program effectiveness, staff performance, and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with the corporate office and facilities directors to develop and implement best practices, training programs, and initiatives to support continuous improvement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community to promote a supportive and inclusive childcare environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare or preschool industry, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple centers.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum design, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
• Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
