The role requires an individual with outstanding leadership and communication skills, who can effectively balance commercial understanding with technical expertise, and make strategic, dynamic decisions. The CTO will also be involved in delivering complex R&D and corporate IT projects, adhering to the company's Quality Management System, and ensuring the security and professional handling of all work.
