About the Role

A minimum of five years of experience in managing and leading people is required. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or CPA certification, financial leadership experience within an Ohio Community College, and experience in a collective bargaining environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and to provide education on financial concepts. The role demands a self-sufficient, hands-on manager with the ability to handle key functions related to finance and accounting.
