About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Chief Compliance Officer to join their team. This role is pivotal in the strategic planning and operational leadership related to compliance and regulatory issues, overseeing a comprehensive compliance program, and being a key member of the enterprise risk management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of an OIG compliance program, monitoring compliance with critical policies, and effectively communicating compliance strategies and initiatives to various stakeholders. A Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, along with at least 15 years of experience in the field.The VP, Chief Compliance Officer will be expected to have a proven track record in proactively identifying and addressing non-compliance, managing compliance reporting programs, and inspiring confidence while building trust. The role involves managing a team, developing compliance training, and leading compliance culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at delegation, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to new challenges.
