We are currently seeking a Central Supply/Medical Records Technician for our Long Term Care Facility.

Applicants should have a valid Massachusetts CNA license.

Central Supply

• Assist with supply check-in at time of delivery and verify against purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly par levels and supply ordering.
• Distribute supplies to appropriate locations.
• Maintain a cost requisition system.
• Assure that the stock room is clean, safe and orderly.
• Assist with the daily and monthly physical inventory.
• Maintain Central Supply budget targets.

Medical Records

• Prepare charts for new admissions.
• Consults with staff to help define and analyze info needed from the clinical record.
• Develop a schedule for audits of the clinical record.
• Provides assistance, training and support to facility staff related to the clinical record.
• Maintain clinical records to all Federal/State regulations and facility policies.

This position is not limited to the above stated responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
