Confidential is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Lynn, MA

A-1 Exterminators is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Established in 1953, we are one of the most successful family-owned Pest Control Company in New England. We are looking for someone who is experienced in providing customer support that is welcoming and professional. Candidate must be reliable, work well as part of a collaborative team, and live within a 20-minute radius of our office

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the database
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
