Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our call center operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient call handling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the call center.
- Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers, answer questions, schedule services and write work orders if needed

- Train, coach, and supervise call center representatives.
- Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues promptly.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a call center management role.
- Strong background in customer service and sales.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in project management and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
