Confidential is Hiring a Business Office Manager Near Watertown, MA

We are seeking a Business Office Manager for our skilled nursing facility!

Overview:

Implement and maintain systems to operate the business office in an effective, efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Bill, monitor, and collect account receivables. Report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and/or the Director of Finance.
  • Assist in planning and implementing changes in the accounting system.
  • Be able to perform all the job functions required of the Accounting/Billing Assistant.
  • Assist families and residents in medicaid enrollment when necessary
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Qualifications:
  • 2 years business office experience, specifically with Medicaid and Medicare required, preferably in a Long Term Care
