Business Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the financial processing and control efforts of our sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist with the preparation of paperwork for sales transactions.
  • Prepare paperwork for all purchase transactions.
  • Gather and maintain vehicle information documents.
  • Perform reviews of all deal jackets ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely titling/registration of customer purchased vehicles.
  • Record and maintain inventory listings and manage monthly inventory audits.
  • Scheduling vehicle transports.
  • Management of general office tasks such as incoming mail organization, filing, ordering supplies and scheduling/assisting with events.
  • Assist in completion of annual reviews and audits.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and one to three years related work experience.
  • Completion of some College coursework preferred.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, DocuSign
  • Familiar with (DMS) Dealer management service software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
