**Your Role:**
- Manage a small team and report directly to the company owner
- Develop effective collections and onboarding strategies
- Oversee daily team and branch activities, delegate tasks, and ensure operational goals are met
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
- Train new employees and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, feedback, and motivation to your team
- Identify and recommend business improvements
- Comply with company policies and state/federal regulations
- Participate in community events and advocate for our company
- Work some Saturdays
**What We're Looking For:**
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 3 years of loan collections experience
- 3 years of managerial experience
- 1 year of leadership experience in consumer finance, payday, or title loans
- Strong training, coaching, and team-leading skills
- Knowledge of OCCC regulations and consumer lending rules
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Good judgment in decision-making
- Must have cash handling skills
