Bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter needed in West Point, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the organization
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Utilize various recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Administer drug screens and perform criminal background checks

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively cold call and engage candidates
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for candidates
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Valid Driver License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
