We’re hiring a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) for our Cincinnati staffing branch.
This is a great opportunity to learn the staffing business at a company that values work/life balance.
What do Bilingual Recruiters do?
- Match qualified candidates with great job opportunities.
- Develop recruiting strategies for our clients.
- Translate for applicants and assist them throughout the application process.
- Establish relationships with customers and associates.
- Assist with payroll functions.
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
We’re happy to train those who have great phone etiquette, enjoy working with people, have good communications skills, self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
