Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team.
Duties:
Discuss their current medications and enter any pertinent information into the Electronic Medical Record .
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience or skills in:
-Some knowledge of medical field
- Computerized systems
- Order entry and data entry
- Filing systems management
- Office management procedures
- Providing customer support
- Operating phone systems effectively
- General administrative tasks
