We are seeking an experienced bilingual property manager to be responsible for the direct management and oversight of assigned residential properties.
Responsibilities
1. Manage tenant relations and address their concerns promptly.
2. Oversee property maintenance and ensure it’s well-maintained.
3. Oversee rent collection.
4. Advertise vacancies, screen tenants, and conduct property showings.
5. Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local housing laws and regulations.
6. Oversee lease agreements and renewals.
7. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
8. Respond to emergencies and security incidents.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners.
10. Negotiate new management agreements and management agreement renewals.
11. Prepare annual budgets for apartment buildings and budget large repair or renovation projects.
