Our Taproom is the first engagement we have with our customers, and the face of our product. Our Bartenders are responsible for ensuring smooth and seamless operations at our taproom in the Del Mar area.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner while educating customers on our product, brand, and who we are. This is a fast-paced role with high-visibility in creating a welcoming guest experience, and we are looking for an individual who will be excited by this type of opportunity and help make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general bartending services with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism
• Interact with guest in a positive and enthusiastic way, creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all
• Responding to guest inquiries and providing accurate and knowledgeable suggestions, based on guests likes to enhance their overall experience
• Perform a variety of tasks in opening or closing our taproom, including breaking down the bar and cleaning as required
• May provide training and onboarding to other bartenders
• Ensure POS procedures are followed and reconciled daily
• Maintain and enforce daily cleanliness of our Taproom and surrounding areas
• Maintaining a positive can-do attitude and sense of urgency when performing tasks
• Serving alcohol responsibly by adhering to our policies, local, state and federal regulations concerning the sale of alcohol

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 21 years old
• 2 years’ experience in a taproom, bar, restaurant, food service or retail environment
• Must be available to work a mix of bartending shifts.
• Experience with working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while remaining calm and organized

Compensation:

Pay Rate – $17.00/hr. tips

Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to perform physical activities which include but are not limited to lifting kegs, bending over, kneeling, twisting, climbing on ladders, stooping, crouching, and routinely lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates may be required to stand for various hours at a time.
