Qualifications

· 3 years’ experience as a Automotive Finance Manager in a dealership setting required.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Available to work flexible hours and weekends.

· Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.

· Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.

· Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.

· Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers in financing vehicle.

· Inform customers of available aftermarket/GAP products.

· Sell available aftermarket/GAP products.

· Signs customer on all applicable contracts.

· Works closely with lenders and keeps open line of communication with funding department.

· Packages deals according to company procedure.

· Delivers deals to Accounting office once signed off by Sales Manager.

· Monitors self-performance.

· Meets or exceeds set individual sales goals for F&I.

· Addresses all funding delays immediately.

· Processes refinancing

· Maintain high CSI score.

· Building rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, factory representatives and vendors.

· Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
