Position Includes: Drafting of countertops in Auto CAD, and working with customers on details needed for completion of project. This job includes residential and commercial layouts. Previous experience with Auto CAD or countertop/cabinets experience is a plus for selected candidate.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will work closely with engineers and architects to translate their concepts into accurate and precise drawings. The ideal candidate has experience with SolidWorks, MicroStation, Civil 3D, Sketchup, and other CAD software.

Duties:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements
- Review and modify existing drawings as necessary
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and specifications
- Prepare drawings for construction or manufacturing purposes
- Incorporate changes and updates into existing drawings
- Assist in the development of design concepts and solutions
- Perform quality checks on completed drawings

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, MicroStation, Civil 3D, Sketchup, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and practices
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles is a plus
- Experience with schematic diagrams and 2D animation is beneficial
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
