- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
- 1-6 years of experience practicing family law
- Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures
- Experience in Parenting Plan, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreement & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of parental rights, Domestic Violence & Orders of Protection
- Knowledge of and experience in litigation
- Handle a caseload of family law matters
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
